The entire process of having my roof repaired, cleaned and repainted went very smoothly.
We had to work things around rain periods, but when Connagh was here, he worked like a beaver, getting the roof ready for painting on the first day of work and then painting it, on the second day day of work.
They use a product which is locally (Brisbane) produced, which was another tick on my list.
BRS were willing to dovetail with my solar power provider, so that I could have the panel support feet installed, and then get the roof work done.
The staff were able to answer any and all of my questions at various stages.
They even came out, pretty much straight away, when my neighbour started having unrelated difficulties, and helped her to fix the problem.
I live in a unit complex and have had a number of compliments about how great the roof looks now.
I can definitely recommend Brisbane Roofing Solutions.

Last year, I have contacted a few of roof painters in Brisbane to do a job for my rental property. After numerous calls and emails I have decided to use Brisbane Roofing Solutions. The quote was very competitive in the market and you can image how busy they are. The whole quoting process was very pleasant in my point of view as I have asked a lot of questions and it took me so long to make the decision. But Jim and Sharon and other staff are patient and very caring to help me that gives me confidence to choose them. I didn’t go to meet Jim in person and only saw the results from a couple of photos when they finished the job in last October. When I finally had a chance to visit the property in April, I am very pleased with their job as the property has a serious leaf issues however it doesn’t hide the shine of the new paint. The quality is amazing after 6 months time and details are good too. When I email to Sharon to see if they can help to fix a new minor crack. I was told they would do it for a good favor and Jim just showed up next day and fixed.

I would say they are good in terms of price and professional service. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs painting in the roof.

The painting in my roof is not cheap and I would recommend you to prepare a budget for it. It is worth it.

Right from the beginning we had a guy come out to do a full roof inspection really taking his time and thoroughly checking the roof out as well as pointing out any issues with the roof that need to be fixed. This team were professional from the quote to the end of the job. We have a single story 3 villa complex that required, tile repair, ridge capping replacement, cleaning and painting. They kept in contact with us through our delays, they communicated daily about who and when staff would arrive to perform stages of the repair given weather changes and they were super considerate to my elderly parents who live there and the neighbours. Brisbane Roofing Solutions performed a much needed roof restoration on our property. This included arranging to remove and re-install solar panels, clean the roof, seal the tiles, point and repair ridge capping, replace broken tiles, paint the roof and apply a clear coat finish. Six extra painted tiles were left with us for any future replacement that might be required.They also installed two "Whirlybird" heat extraction units to the upper story roof.

This is a very professional outfit, from initial quote to finished product their customer service and ongoing communication were excellent. Their workers turned up on time, were polite, focused on the job, they kept us informed on progress and were always happy to answer any questions we had.
