Our previous home had a Steel roof and in the 50+ years we lived there we only needed small and relatively cheap repairs once in all that time.
We moved into this, our newer home which is now but 24 years old and with a concrete tiled roof, about 10 years ago.
Our plumber alerted us about many cracked ridge caps and tiles which, in his opine, should be repaired A.S.A.P.
The Professionalism of Brisbane Roofing Solutions was evident from the start. Their head man walked the roof and gave an accurate quotation for repair and paint based on the unusually high number of OBSERVED broken Caps and tiles.
We did get other quotes which were very close, price wise, but not as professional in attitude.

Brisbane Roofing did a small job for us in replacing on old whirlybird, they communicated well with us regarding timings etc and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again if we needed to.
