More About Our Owner

James Kelly began his trade as an apprentice Roof Tiler.
Completing his apprenticeship on the 14th November 1990, James learned his trade working with Boral, Pioneer and Monier Roof Tiles.

Working with 3 different Roof Tiling companies gave James vast knowledge of all roofing materials and roofing structures.

The Restoration Industry

Roof restoration in Brisbane had developed from questionable beginnings into an essential service to homeowners. James spent 5 years working with 2 of the industry leaders in the home improvement and roof restoration field. Learning the art of proper roof preparation, and application for the many different types of roof surfaces eg (terracotta, iron, fibro, decromastic, concrete etc). And the use of the correct primer, sealer and membrane coatings essential to the long-term protection and durability of the restored roof. James’s experience and professional approach combined with exceptional standards for both the customer and the roof over their heads has seen Brisbane Roofing Solutions become one of the premier roof restoration businesses in the Brisbane area.

Our previous home had a Steel roof and in the 50+ years we lived there we only needed small and relatively cheap repairs once in all that time.
We moved into this, our newer home which is now but 24 years old and with a concrete tiled roof, about 10 years ago.
Our plumber alerted us about many cracked ridge caps and tiles which, in his opine, should be repaired A.S.A.P.
The Professionalism of Brisbane Roofing Solutions was evident from the start. Their head man walked the roof and gave an accurate quotation for repair and paint based on the unusually high number of OBSERVED broken Caps and tiles.
We did get other quotes which were very close, price wise, but not as professional in attitude.
Brisbane Roofing Solutions Team were courteous, friendly and capable.
We are certainly pleased with the overall standard and cleanliness of the completed repair and paint of our rather large roof!

We had our roof restored two months ago, and the result was as good as, if not better than, we expected. The work was completed on schedule and executed to a high standard. The quoted price was fair, not the cheapest, but well worth it for the quality delivered. We highly recommend this service.

Brisbane Roofing did a small job for us in replacing on old whirlybird, they communicated well with us regarding timings etc and were very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again if we needed to.
